Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise that has the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through JudeConnally.com. Merchandise purchased at our retail store in Westfield, NJ can only be returned or exchanged at this location.
  • Items received as a gift can be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning the item, please indicate the item was a gift and provide the full name of the person who placed the order.
  • Please notify us immediately at shopus@judeconnally.com if items appear to be damaged or lost in transit.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please read all conditions. If conditions are not met, Jude Connally reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Follow These Steps To Make A Return:

  • Return unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise with the original tags attached to the address listed below via an insured mailing service and retain the tracking number for your reference. Jude Connally is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Insert a copy of the original packing slip.
  • Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming your return has been processed and the refund amount. To ensure receipt of this email, please add shopus@judeconnally.com to your e-mail address book. A refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 – 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

Please call us at 1-855-222-JUDE (5833) only if you would like to exchange your merchandise for a different size, style or color within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability.
